About Our Harrogate Location

Our new office can be found within Livesay Family Medicine at 200 Nettleton Rd Suite 1, Harrogate, TN 37752. We are seeing patients every other Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Located near Middlesboro, KY and Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, this location will not only serve East Tennessee residents but also those located near the Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia Tri-State Point.

Our new office is designed to offer the same exceptional services and care that you have come to expect from all of our locations. We are dedicated to making treatments for venous and arterial conditions accessible to more patients, ensuring that high-quality healthcare is available close to home. We also offer second opinions for patients who have been told amputation is their only option. 

The Harrogate office will be staffed and operated by our board-certified vascular surgeon, Umashankar Ballehaninna, MD, FSVS, RPVI, affectionately known as “Dr. B”. With his extensive experience, dedication to vascular health, and compassionate approach to vascular care, Dr. B is well-equipped to lead the team in Harrogate. He prioritizes empathy, and high-quality care, reducing complications, and improving outcomes for every patient he serves.
