Meet the Team
Leading the team at APEX Vascular’s Sevierville location is Dr. George Michael Lodeiro, MD, RPVI. He’s a highly skilled and compassionate vascular surgeon who completed his undergraduate studies at East Tennessee State University before earning his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He then completed a general surgery residency and vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.
Dr. Lodeiro recognized a critical need for advanced limb salvage care in the Knoxville area. This led him to APEX Vascular, where he could utilize cutting-edge technologies to provide care for patients. His expertise lies in providing innovative solutions for complex vascular conditions with a strong focus on limb preservation.
While he specializes in microvascular treatment, Dr. Lodeiro also offers advanced treatments for various arterial and venous conditions. This includes issues such as peripheral artery disease and varicose veins.
